Windspider is ramping up: Senior Structural Analysis Engineer Wanted!
Wind is coming!
Wind is coming!
Energy transition is happening! And a new industrial adventure is on the horizon. In late April of 2023 European leaders pledged to increase the North Sea’s offshore-wind capacity alone to 300 gigawatts by 2050, from about five gigawatts today and double a previous commitment.
Add to it all; the investments, building and scaling of wind-parks across the globe - a powerful industry is on the rise. And with that rise, comes the need for innovations.
One of the most interesting innovations to increase efficiency for installing, maintaining and reduce cost comes from Stavanger Norway. Introducing the WindSpider Technology!
At WindSpider we are passionate about lifting high & heavy and to be a contributor to the energy transition. We are setting a new standard for lifting operations related to installing and maintaining offshore wind turbines.
About the technology:
WindSpider uses the tower of the wind turbine as part of the crane, making it scalable, modular, and ready for the next generations of wind turbines.
We are a group of highly skilled and experienced individuals within the offshore industry. Since entering the market, WindSpider has received very good feedback and an increasingly growing interest from several major international wind industry players.
We are now initiated the first phase of building our first full-scale WindSpider system and are looking for qualified, motivated, and experienced personnel.
